Need Urgent Help. Where is my Money.

Dear Madam/Sir,
I am a Payoneer user and i need urgent help because i think my money lost.
My Name is Yue Zhao, and My Payoneer ID is 18042397.
the case Reference Number: 190307-002454
I have withdrawal my money $1920.00 USD (¥12615.38 CNY) on 5 March to my bank account.
The money shows paid on 6-March, but I STILL NOT GET MY MONEY, it's already been 8 days.
I have contacted HK Staffs via phone and email many times but no help,
HK Staffs said they transferred the money already but don't know why it's not going to my bank,
the only thing i got from staffs is : WAIT and WAIT and WAIT..
No Money, No Communication, No One Help, JUST WAIT!
It's totally unacceptable for me to just wait for nothing.
I FELL SO SAD AND I THINK MY MONEY ALREADY LOST MAYBE
This money is important to me, it's my own money and i need it urgently, but no one help me.
I hope someone here can help me to fix this.
