Pending Transaction After ATM Withdrawal Attempt

On Match 7th 2019 I tried to do an ATM cash out from my Payoneer card and ATM responded that the transaction failed. Then I tried another ATM of the same bank for the same amount to cash out and it worked. When I opened my Payoneer transaction history that day both of those transactions appeared as Pending, so I have made a request to Payoneer Support to resolve this issue. In a couple of days one of the transactions was applied but the other one still hangs as Pending for almost a week (it's March 13th today). Supposedly, it is the first one for which I did not recieve any cash. My support request was not answered still. I contacted the bank who owns those ATMs and they told me the issue should be resolved on Payoneer side.
