First Century Bank Shopify

Hello friends, how are you? I'm having trouble setting up my payment gateway in my Shopify account, according to the error message I get, I'm informed that routing number is not supported. I have a friend who is receiving it normally because the bank he uses is Bank of America. I would like to know if it is possible to change First Century Bank to Bank of America as a global receiving option. Thank you.

    Hi there @rafa2f ,

Please send a personal message for assistance on this.

As we're aware that Shopify does not typically accept Payoneer banks, we can't guarantee that a new bank will work on their system.

Hello, @rafa2f, I meant Shopify, as this is what we were discussing.

Once again, I am offering you to send a personal message so that we can help to get this issue solved. If you are unwilling to do that, that is fine, but you would have to wait the standard 1-3 business days that it would take for customer care to respond to your e-mail.
