Payment Verification

Hi, I'm a Full Stack Developer and I work for a company based in USA.
they sent me my payment to my payoneer usa bank account (global payment service) since I can't use "request payment feature" until my balance reach 4000 $ or more.
The problem is that payoneer keeps asking me to verify my billing address and every time I submit my address they decline it and send me another and another email, until now they asked me to upload a document to prove my address, the problem is that the only government document I have that includes my name and my full address is my driver license.
I sent them my driver license as a proof, but the status is still submitted and not valid or declined. And the status of the transfer is still Pending.
What should I do please ?

    Hello @medabdh,

When you submit documents to us, they are submitted to our approvals team. Our approvals team generally covers a large canvas of different languages, but for some languages, we have to have them translated. In this case, since the documents submitted were in a language we didn't have on-hand, we have to translate the documents and it will take a few days. Once this is finished, we will let you know.

    Thanks!

    AAA ok thank you,
but is it ok that I choose the category of utility bill but I uploaded my driver license ? cause I didn't found driver license under the category of file type and that's the only legal document I have that contains my full name, my picture and my full address?
