verify my global payment

Hi ,
I was asked to verify my global payment ! , but the status still "submit" until right now, there is no update or e-mail from Payoneer, what should i do?

    Hi @Sondos_Ahmed, sorry for the inconvenience you may be experiencing.

    When you submit the questionnaire for the Global Payment Service, our team is notified and thus a response or update will usually come within 1-2 business days. We have many users who are undergoing the same process as you are so it takes some time for our payments team to review it and provide an update.

    Should you notice that this has been going on for more than 2 business days please send a personal message so that I can update you myself.
