Desperate.... need some help pleaseeee......
Hi , let me share my situation. Somebody help me please.
I have been trading in INSTAFOREX and I am a partner to recommended INSTAFOREX to the other trader in the world.
Usually I have request for withdrawal into my Liberty Reserve account but since I get my Payoneer Debit Card, I have request my withdrawal into my Payoneer Debit Card.
I was routine every day doing Withdrawal little by little dollars into my Payoneer Debit Card until my account balance around $3000
I've ever try to use the Debit Card to buy something in my hometown.
I've ever to use the Debit Card at the ATM machine.
I enjoyed my result of trading.
ONE DAY I WAS SHOCKED because I found my account balance was only $ 13, and then I log in member area and I found so many transaction surprising me.

ALL OF THE TRANSACTION ABOVE IS NOT MY TRANSACTION AND I NEVER USE MY CARD FOR THAT TRANSACTION.
HOW COULD IT BE..???
I was cry over the time because the money I planed to use for Hospital costs.
And then I make complain to Payoneer and send them some written evidence width..
Payoneer employee told me to wait for 90 days (3 months) since I sent the complaint sheets. It was June 26, 2012
On October I still did not received any notify from Payoneer. So I wrote some email to them.
My email did not replied. They keep silent. What should I do? Why it happened to me ?
And then I try to be patient until year 2013.
There is still no comment, no respond, no notify to my email.
One day in 2013, I can chat with the customer service and he said that I MUST WAIT.
"WHAAAAT..??? How long I must be waiting again ??. It has been almost one year. And you told me that need 90 days to proceed my case. I ",said like that.
He still no comment, can't answer. May be the customer service really can't do anything about this case, right? I realize that.
So. I need your help, please. Give me your hand, help me. I need the money back.
What should I do ?
