Global Payment Service

Hi there,

I`m waiting for a payment to show in my account sent by Facebook 3 days ago, but is still not showing. That`s why I`m worried that there is something wrong. I used the EURO currency for Global Payment Service and the payment was in dollars could that be the cause? And what should I do?

    Hello @Shkodran,

    It seems that your suspicion about this is correct. The US payment service account is only equipped to receive transfers in USD, so if you have sent a transfer there using a different currency, it would be rejected by the processor, and the funds return to the source. In this case we wouldn't even see that a payment arrived and was cancelled - it would be rejected in transfer.

    In this case, I would follow up with Facebook and ask them if they received the funds back to their system yet. If not, you should have them recall the funds immediately.

    Hello @KazPayoneer,

    I contacted facebook and according to their response the payment was successfully released and I should contact my bank account for the status of this payment also they mentioned that they can`t reissue the payment without receiving an official rejections from the bank.

    Now, how can I contact payoneer directly? They keep sending me automatic emails after 30 seconds.

    I am sorry for the confusion caused by the auto-reply. The system sends you an automatic response matching the category of the question you have chosen. This is done in order to reduce your waiting time as email review takes up to 3 working days. Most of the time the automatic response resolves the question (if the category was chosen correctly) and inquiry status is set to solved. Should this not be the case, you are being requested to simply reply something to the same email to let us know that your question was not addressed accordingly and the inquiry will be transferred to the customer care department, which will review and get back to you within up to 3 business days.
