Expired card and ordering a new one

First of all, your customer service is borderline terrible, the only thing I got are automated responses which doesn't answer my question. Even if I wanted to delete my account I need to contact customer service, which won't respond on e-mail.

I have had account for a while, stopped using it so my card expired and is deactivated. I started working on golance now and I will be receiving weekly payments so I need to order a new card. The problem here is how will I get option to order a new card? I can transfer 30$ from my golance and there is no other way for me to receive that 30$ payment on my account? What my question here is: will that work and I will get option to order a new card or not if I transfer from golance? Since I don't wanna loose that 30$ if those payment don't count.

    Hello @Vladislava,

We're sorry for the experience you've had with the automated responses. In most cases the auto replies are based upon payment activity on your account, and serve a purpose of answering a question quickly, as getting an e-mail response from our team can take up to 4 days in most cases. For anything urgent we always suggest that you call, and if you are able to use the live chat, to use that.

In regards to the question, yes, you'll need to receive a new payment to renew an expired card. So you will be able to send a payment from GoLance, and the payment will wait for you on the new card.

What you can do is to send the payment, and then send me a private message when you get the notification that you have received the payment. This way we can have someone from the customer care team assist you with ordering a new card.

    Thanks!
