Customer Support vs FAQs

Hi folks,

I've had it with the help and support provided at the main site. It's entirely useless. I'd already read the FAQ regarding the issue I'm having so auto-sending a re-worded FAQ answer to my mail does NOT help - it only serves to frustrate, which is the opposite of 'help'.

The option to live chat appears sporadically in the 'Contact Us' area and whenever it does appear the chat server seems to be unavailable so that too is utterly useless.

I can't afford to go making international phone calls either so that's also useless.

From what I can see on this forum, and I have looked [deeply], there's very little support available here too so one must ask ... what's the point of it? Seems like it's only there to help Payoneer avoid the consequences of not having one at all. Very depressing.

    We're sorry you feel this way about our customer support team. This is an otherwise hard working team that responds to hundreds of thousands of inquiries a day from our users. We keep a mindful eye on time, so the auto replies are typically sent to newer users in the interest of saving time and providing a quick solution.

    The live chat option is available according to the amount of payment activity that your account sees, so if you are not getting this option it means that your account will need to see more payment activity.

    We do have a toll-free international line (charges only by your phone company) available. We also offer support on these message boards, and you can also send an e-mail to customer support.

    If you send a private message with whatever your issue is, we can assist.
