Why I can't change my payment method?

I'm trying to change my payment method on Turbosquid. When I click Go Register I get this message on payoneer site "We are unable to change your payment method at this time. For further assistance please contact us". And after clicking on Contact Us I get "403 Forbidden" page

    Hi @robertlen,

    There are a number of factors why a user sometimes is unable to change their payment method. One of the reasons is that the company does not support the payment route that you were trying to go in. For example, not all of our partners will allow bank transfer as a payment method, so trying to change it there would lead to an error.

    I'm facing similar issue on a Fiverr account and all efforts to contact Payoneer Customer support proved abortive. How can you be of help?

    I am trying to link my Fiverr account with my newly created payoneer account. But everytime i try i get this error. "We are unable to change your payment method at this time contact support" I tried but their is no live chat feature enable on this account i am completely frustrated right now.

    Hello everyone. I am new at this community. I need a help. Please read this post carefully and give the the appropriate suggestion. First i have create a payoneer account. and i have submitted my document after 5 month for verification. After 18 business days it has been not approved. In this time i am adding my fiverr account to this payoneer account. When my document has not approved then i remove my funding source and open a new account. and try to add new account to fiverr, but it has not added. In this time i could i do ?
