Why I can't change my payment method?

I'm trying to change my payment method on Turbosquid. When I click Go Register I get this message on payoneer site "We are unable to change your payment method at this time. For further assistance please contact us". And after clicking on Contact Us I get "403 Forbidden" page

    Hi @robertlen,

    There are a number of factors why a user sometimes is unable to change their payment method. One of the reasons is that the company does not support the payment route that you were trying to go in. For example, not all of our partners will allow bank transfer as a payment method, so trying to change it there would lead to an error.
