Not receiving funds from Payoneer to local bank in Pakistan

I have been a user of Payoneer since last 8 years but now I am noticing the service and support is getting worst time to time. I initiated a bank transfer to Pakistan on Feb 27 and still looking for money. I have been talking to customer support since last 15 days and they are still unable to figure out where the money is.

I am just getting a canned kind of message very other day without any useful information. I got a document
MT13 or with similar name but it's not showing where the money was transferred from Barclays bank.

Not only this, I initiated another transfer to another bank account on March 18, and still waiting for that. I think I made another mistake by doing that because previously I was worried about one transaction but now I am have deal with it twice.

    Hello @AbdurRehmanCM,

Sorry for the unfortunate situation. When it comes to a bank transfer, delays are usually caused by the processor and not Payoneer. Throughout the process, our bank transfer team is able to communicate with the processor about the status of the funds, including beginning a trace on the funds that were sent. This can take several days as the processor does not operate on the same response time that Payoneer does - the processor is an outside bank. This is why sometimes you'll get generic responses regarding the wait time during this process.

For more specific information about your case in particular, I can provide an update (if there is one) if you send a private message to me.

    Thanks!
