I've been waiting forever for my balance to be reviewed!!!

I created the account around a year ago. In the beginning, I didn't know what to do. So I made a few mistakes while registering the account. The account kept showing "Your USD Balance is currently being reviewed. You will receive an update within the next several business days." I waited for a few weeks, but nothing happened. So, I gave up. Recently I logged back in to see if I can make it work. Then I discovered (a month ago) it's asking me to provide ID proof, So I uploaded my passport's copy. After a few days, it got approved. But, that message is still being shown and there's no functionality in my account what so ever. There's not even the option to add a bank account. My trial for contacting the Support couple times ended up getting no response at all. When I try to do Live Chat, my request gets canceled every time. I have no idea what to do anymore. Please help!
