I want to withdraw money for urgent work. But I haven't passport or driver license. How I approve my bank account. Please help me!

    Hi @Graphyprof,

    We would need a form of government ID to verify your account, sadly. We can accept a government issued ID, or a voter's card if you are without a passport or driver's license. But we would definitely need a form of ID to verify your account.

    I have government issued ID. But payoneer doesn't ask government issued ID because Sri lankan government issued ID haven't English latter. What am I do?

    Hi @Graphyprof,

    It's okay if the government issued photo ID that you have is not written in English. Our approvals team will approve documents in any language. It can still be submitted.
