ID-card not accepted !


I am unable to receive payment due to ID card verification getting failed from payoneer. I submitted my pakistan national id-card many times and every time i get the response of missing information. Just verify the id card by sending sms text to 7000 having CNIC number in pakistan.

    I am unable to add my 2nd Bank account and Seeing that national ID also not accepted. Will you please help me to fix this issue? When I am going to add second Account its showing that i am giving incorrect information. Here I confirm about about every data as like Country of Bank, Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, Date of Birth, Password but getting error. Kindly check my account please. I also want to get some money from my paypal account but unable getting any process. I dont have paypal related information.

    Hi @Rabby00. It sounds like the i.d. you provided for review is not sufficient based on our approval teams rules. This would prevent you from adding a new bank until this issue is resolved. Check your email inbox for a message from our approval team. It will include instructions on how you can proceed.

    Hello @KazPayoneer and @EdwinPayoneer , I am facing the same issue and was about to create a new post then I saw this.
    You guys are doing a wonderful job by helping us, thank you for that.

    Now can you please check my account also and tell me exactly what went wrong from my side ( though after couple of hours of searching I understand payoneer need more data from me but NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE from payoneer WHATSOEVER!! )

    Hi, I have open my account some days ago. In my profile I submitted my NID, and answer my questions. But the are neither approved nor rejected yet. Furthermore I transfer my payment from upwork and that still hang in there. saying something like "We need a few more details and then your payment(s) will be on their way!" but I can't find how to send you any information and what information !!

    So can anyone look into this problem and help me overcome this ASAP. Thanks

    In Bangladesh, many people haven't received smart id card yet.They use Government issued ID card .Can I use it to verify my payoneer?

    We do not accept the old NID for Bangladesh by itself so you would need to submit additional information for verification.

    I am uploading my Pakistani Government issued ID card for verification but My ID card not accepted.
    "We don’t support that file type.
    Supported file types include" This error comes even i used supported file types then why this error show me and my ID card not accepted?

    @ayesharehman9895 the way i fixed it was by scanning my original ID card front and backside on paper and attached that to the payoneer account.
