Transaction pending for months

Hi everyone. I have a transaction pending to my account since 12 Oct 2018. The transaction is from a Patreon account that I used to have access to but don't anymore. My Payoneer account has since been unlinked from the Patreon account.
Has this occured to anyone? What should I do to receive the payment?
Live chat support not available, tried e-mail support but received a generic reply based on category of request.

    HI there @Obolenski. Sorry if you were not updated on the post being removed. I see this was sent back in early April, can you tell me. Has your issue with the Patreon payment been resolved?

    yes it has, as mentioned in the deleted comment. had to resort to facebook eventually, but after two weeks of active attempts to get some customer service i've received my payment.

    I am sorry to hear that how long it took for you to receive your payment @Obolenski . Thankfully the issue is resolved now. Hopefully in the future this does not happen again.

    I have a similar issue. I was sent money by Amazon to my card only account.

    Talked to Payoneer and they told me to order a new card. Problem is I cannot order the card because the option to order is not available.

    Have been calling Payoneer multiple times a day all week but they appear to be unable to solve the problem.

    I opened a new account and asked them to merge the two accounts. Apparently that is also not possible until I order a card using the old account.

    What to do? Am frustrated as I urgently need the funds.

    Hi there @gitachud . It sounds like your case is more so an issue with a payment you have received to an account with a invalid or expired card.

    That is the only reason I can imagine a new card would be required to complete merging the two accounts.

    In that scenario it is needed because there must be a destination for the payment, prior to merging the two accounts. Without this we are unable to transfer the balance from one account to another.

    My best suggestion would be to call customer support directly for support on this. They should be able to advise you on the best steps to take in the case of your unique issue.
