Paid payment by client is pending and there was issue with their Credit card

I requested $80 payment from client and the after he paid I got this:

"Payment being processed
Your client paid 80.00 USD.
We're processing the payment. It usually takes 1-5 business days. "

But later I got this problem which says client didn't make payment :

"Payment request pending
Your client tried to pay but there was an issue with their Credit card payment. We let your client know that they can try paying this request again"

How can I get the money my client paid ?

    Hi there @Viktor_Kuzmanov,

    The first message is sent to you once we see that the client paid it, but the second message is a message saying that the payment was declined due to an issue with the card. If he hasn't already, he has to re-pay the invoice.

    Once paid and approved, it should take 2 days to load.

    Let us know if you are still waiting for a payment.

    Payment is still same as before and I'm still waiting and payment is saying:

    "Payment request pending
    Your client tried to pay but there was an issue with their Credit card payment. We let your client know that they can try paying this request again"

    My client said he paid $80 so I'm really confused now why would I not receive $80 ?
