My Payment was declined and my payer didn't get refunded yet

My Payment was declined because i didn't fill-up enough information and after the payment was declined i got a email and there it says it will need 2-3 business days to get refunded
the payment was cancelled 22 march
its almost 17 days but still my payer didn't got that money back
please help me with this
i really need that money

    Hi @knoxhunt,

    We would advise to have the payer check his card transaction history with his bank, because the payment that was sent back would not show as a refund. Payoneer placed a hold on the funds and the funds released/returned after 7 business days, automatically. In his transaction history he would be able to see that his balance increased on the 7th working day and not in a new, separate transaction (refund).

    Please have him review his transaction history with a representative from his bank or card company, specifically. If he insists he has and didn't get anything, please contact customer care so that they may issue a statement to confirm that the funds were returned.

    the customer care doesn't respond and live chat is removed from my account
    when i ask for email response they send me wrong answer

    i opened a account
    but in that time i wasnt able to verified my identity so they declined my payment
    and payment was declined 22 may and now its 8 may
    but still my payer didn't get refunded
    please someone help

    Our systems indicate that the payment was returned when it was cancelled. You would need to contact Transferwise for additional assistance. Usually they need to receive the payment and then credit it towards the user's account. We do apologize that you are witnessing this.

    6 successful transfers from Transferwise and when I increased the value: rejected.
    Who wants to bet I will have problems to get my money back?

    Hi, please note that we are not holding funds. It legitimately takes 7-10 business days for funds to be returned from Payoneer to wherever they came from. In most cases, the source receives the funds back sooner than this and simply has to credit the funds to your account.
