    Hello,

    We can't really verify this on the public forum. If you send a private message with the e-mail address of your account, we can check.

    If your account has not been closed for 5 years, it was not deleted. If it has been 5 or more years that your account has been blocked, we delete the account and the information for your own security and privacy.
