Documents approved but bank account status still in "action required" status

Hello Guys,

Can anyone from support help me to get my account approve as it has been pending for over two weekends already. My documents are already approved but still my bank account status has not been lift up.


Please I need your help as neither chat or send message support are not giving any help.
