Why can't I order card even though there is Balance in my account?

Hi why can't I order card even though I have $100 in my USD balance in payoneer account it says, you must have minimum 30 USD in your account what is this? please help, I have started using payoneer after a long time.

    I have 100 usd in my account and I can't order the card which says you must have 30 usd minimum to order card is this some kind of a joke it is a financial system I guess what the hell is going on?

    Hi there @iamahmedshah . The source of the payment is another important factor in card eligibility. If the payment has come from an E-wallet/payment service (i.e. paypal, skrill, stripe, etc.) or from another user of Payoneer using our in network payment feature, it won't help you with this.

    For the payment to help you gain eligibility, it would need to come from companies or clients using our global payment service, or via a company that partners with us directly for payments.
