Money went missing from my account

I contacted Payoneer Customer Care and laid the complain for the fourth time. Unfortunately, up till now, I haven't heard from them at all. Apart from the alternate email address they asked me to provide, which I did but never got my messages accepted through the alternate e-mail, I am yet to hear anything from them.
I find it very strange that Payoneer would threat a customer like the way they are treating my case, by just leaving me in the dark. Even fiverr is confused as to the fact that they too hadn't heard anything from Payoneer regarding the missing money.
I provided the necessary information to Payoneer Customer Service, including the hacker's email used in stealing the money, but sadly, I am yet to hear anything from Payoneer, which i must say is very unprofessional.
I shouldn't be reminding Payoneer CS about how valuable replies to customer's requests are in measuring customer satisfaction. They only send auto response and never address the issue head-on. Four requests opened and no human response from their end. You guts need to improve on this.
Please, I need help. However, if you can't help, then at least, let me know so I can move forward to other options. I have never experience such issues in all the time I have been using Payoneer Services, but with the way their customers service is handling the case, I must say it's a far cry from expectations.
I need Payoneer to give me concrete feedback on my requests and help recover my money. If they can't, then they should let me know also.

HI @Appleyard2l . First let me say that I am sorry to hear about your hacked account. I understand how this can be a frustrating and confusing time for you, and hope to make some sense of the process that is under way with your account.
The first thing we want to do is secure and help you regain access. We do this by collecting a secure alternate email from you, and verifying some information to ensure that we are indeed speaking with the true accounts owner.
Once this is done and you have access again we can take action on the payments that were unauthorized. This process, is a thorough one that involves some investigation, so it does take some time to complete. While we would love to be able to reverse any funds you reported back to your immediately, it is not something we can do without extensive research confirm that the charges were invalid, and how to prevent issues like this in the future.
