My account is not approved yet for 2 weeks

Created my account and then payoneer asked me for additional information .. I sent the informations and nothing happend I contact the customer service twice and all they can do is telling me just wait for two or 3 business days ... !!

    Hi there @ZaidHajjaj. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I am sorry for the long wait for an update on your application. The process to translate and review an application can vary in time. Keep in mind that we do need to translate and verify the document you provided, then have our approval team make the final decision on the account to issue it. In cases where we have a large quantity of applications in queue, you may notice that approval of an account can take a little longer than expected.

    We thank you for your patience with us during this process. We hope to have some good news for you about your application soon :)

    Okay can I change the documents and make it my passport instead of my national ID due to it's already translated ??
