Can I cancel a pending transaction in my Payoneer account?

Hello. About an hour ago I accidentally made a withdrawal from my fiverr account to my payoneer account. Now the withdrawal is in pending transactions in Payoneer (not in my balance). I need it in my Fiverr account. What can I do? Can I cancel that transaction? Have I to wait until the transaction cancels by itself? How much have I to wait in that case? Please help me. Thank you

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear that this happened.

    For an issue like this, you would need to contact our customer support to have it done. Generally we're unable to reverse payments made from Fiverr due to our agreement with them. But customer support may be able to make an exception and have it done for you.

    Yes I have tried it but I can't contact anyone. Everytime I make a question an auto reply is sent to my mail and I have the same useless answer because my case is not in the topics. I haven't been able to solve this problem yet. And the live chat doesn't answer.
