I was created my online Payoneer account and received prepaid in 2016. After that, I didn't do anything with the card or account, just simply log in and log out. My prepaid card is about to expire on 05/19. I wanna order a new card but can't see the option. What can I do?
Anyone, please help me because I have a problem with customer support of Payoneer also.

Sorry you have been experiencing this, and that you have had some kind of problem with customer support.
Unfortunately, the way to order a new card if you cannot see an option to renew (should be "renew" in card management), would be to have our customer support order one on your behalf. I would suggest to reach out to them for direct and immediate support.
