Payment Cancelled

hi
I have a big problem these days in my business . Yesterday i surprised that all my transfers money from stripe are canceled .when i called custom support he ask me some documents .I send all documents but still the same problem . Today i called them but no solution . what can I do ?

    Hi, @gsmkh,

    If this all happened yesterday it means that we just have to wait for our payments team to review the information that you submitted. If the payments were cancelled, they were returned already so there's not a way to return those funds unless you re-initiate those payments. The payments team can take 2-3 business days to review documents for payment. Once they give you the green light, you can have those payments resent.
