    Hi there,

The piece of iron there is called the chip, and is a new and secure way to use your card for transactions. If your card has the magnetic stripe instead, this is fine as well as it should be accepted by most ATMs. There are some ATMs that may only accept a chip though.

If you have issues you can also take your card into the bank teller and have them withdraw funds.

    Hi @KazPayoneer ,

    Similar case, with slight differences.
I wonder if I can withdraw USD from the bank teller outside the US?

Can I withdraw my USD balance from Payoneer to a bank account (whereas the currency is in USD, but it's not the national currency), via the Payoneer MasterCard? In other words, the bank teller charges me in USD.

    Thanks.

Hi there. Just to make sure: Are you asking if you can use your card to withdrawal via bank telller?

You can use your card at any point of sale location to make purchases, whether online or at retail locations. You can also use the Prepaid MasterCard at ATMs worldwide to withdraw cash.

About bank teller usage, it depends on the bank and what they allow, however it would be like a standard cash withdrawal (simply not at the ATM). This really depends on the bank and if they allow it.
