PLEASE HELP - I CANNOT GET INTO MY PAYONEER ACCOUNT

I have now tried getting in with my passwords and have written to payoneer via their contact email, but I have had no repsonse..
Can anyone please assist me with this? I am based in South Africa.

You have the option to reset your password from the connection page, enter your email address in order to start the process of resetting your password then please follow the instructions.
if needed, please try to clear cookies or log in from Incognito Mode.
As a second option you can as well reset it in just five steps via SMS: from the same retrieval page, confirm your phone number and you’ll receive an SMS with a verification code then follow the instruction; enter the 6-digit verification code and select your new password.

This does not work as there is no option to supply the mobile number. Just a link to email which never arrives0
