Correspondent Bank for withdrawal requests

I have made several withdrawals to my local bank but every time it is rejected. So, i called my bank and they said the funds should come through a correspondent bank which then they provided me with the details.
I forwarded this details to Payoneer customer service. They said they are looking into the matter.
But so far, I have not received any answer from them and my last request for the withdrawal is still not refunded to me since that time they did not include my correspondent bank details which obviously will return.
So, i would like to know whether payoneer can process my withdrawal while including my correspondent bank details.
Hoping to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Hi there,
We would still need the details of your bank account and not the details of the corresponding bank. Your bank would be the destination bank. The processor would then transfer the funds to that bank using corresponding banks, which we do not select. The corresponding banks are used as the gateways to get your transfer to your bank account - they are not the destination bank so you wouldn't be able to receive funds using the corresponding bank details.
Regarding the lack of response from of our bank transfer department -- we ask you to bare with us during that process because the team is communicating with our bank, the processor, and even the corresponding bank. Those outside factors do not have the same response rates that we can provide within the company so we don't know when they would respond back to us regarding inquiries we send to them.

Since the last withdrawal ( Transaction ID: 124853826) i made, I have no idea about the status.
And having difficulty in getting a proper answer from customer care.
You were the first person to give a proper answer on my concern.
Possible to assist me on the above?
