I have not used my account for a long time and the card is blocked

Your account is probably blocked for inactivity. This usually happens if you have not used your card and account for over 6 month. If your card is not expired, you can reactivate it through your online account. To do so, simply select the last 4 digits of your card from the drop down menu located at the top of the page If it is expired and you cannot reach the support via email, please do so via phone at 1-646-658-3695 or via our social media channels by sending a private message on Facebook or Twitter.0
