    I have oneped my account since 2014, now i tried to send some money from my UpWork account , and i understood that my account is not active, so i uploaded all the documents to verification Center, it has been four days now, it only appears SUBMITTED. What to do please ?

    I registered for Payoneer account on the 26th of August and it was immediately approved with 2 steps verification... Now I sent my cleared payment from Fiverr to my Payoneer on the 1st of September. I was asked to provide more information which are 3, Government issued ID, Address and one other thing which I provided immediately. Today it marks 4days since the day I provided these details and still my payment is still on PENDING.. Please and please I worked so hard for this funds and I need it so bad right now.. Please Payoneer help as I have contacted Support since 2days and they haven't replied me since then

    I have already submitted my National Identification Card photo. It was not approved. So, I want to submit my national identity card again. What should I do now?

    Hello, I created my account two weeks ago, uploaded required documents and still no news for approval.... I summited a ticket to support and after a week it said "solved" but the account still not activated. Social Media auto response, live chat not working....

    UPDATE: I realized I had an old account (7-8 years old account) with another email but the same name but another Customer ID. I managed to login, but I can't close the old one or merge accounts in one. Can someone help to solve this? support is not giving any answer.

    How many days you to need for review my account.
    Also my bank account not verified by you.
    If you need to review my account via uploaded document, i can upload anything you want, because i have filled all the information correct.

    Hi!

    I am been requested to provide documents to validate my address, but on the submit page there is no place where I can upload a file or drag and drop. It only shows the submit button which does nothing when clicked.

    PS: In one of the documents I submitted for ID verification it also had my current address, but still facing issues with address verification.

    @marior87 Hey there. We see that you provided the requested document, as it has your address on it. Our approval department will check if it suffice and reaches you back via email once it is approved.

    I created my payoneer account 6 business days ago, and also submitted the requirements. Additional requirement for the handheld id was also submitted the same day, and status is still showing as "Submitted". Upon checking my email and Verification center there are no other required documents/ID that needs to be sent. Cust. ID; 39756498 Please advise.

    It's been 8 days since I submitted the required documents that were asked for the verification and hasn't been notified about any progress or approval since then. The customer service gives automated replies which says "it typically takes 3 days to review the application". It's a request to payoneer team to review my application and update me about my account as soon as possible as I'm in a desperate need of money.

    i created a new payoneer account since im getting useless response from customer care. And you blocked the account after i created it.

    My Payoneer account and my bank account is approved but my "National ID, Global information & Address" is not verified yet.

    My question is - After receiving the payment from Fiverr, can I withdraw funds from my payoneer account to bank account & If I withdraw until the NID is verified, will the money be sent to my bank account?

    Hi,
    I've noticed people having problems with verification which got me worried. I've sent utility bill which is in my father's name since I still live with my parents. Also, it's in cyrilic as are all official documents in my country. I don't have rental agreement since I live with my parents, so I'm not renting. Is this hoing to be a problem? The only document I can send which is in my name is my cellphone bill with the address I am trying to verify. Could you please tell me whether that utility bill in my father's name is enough or should I send my cellphone bill?

    hello. I applied for an account and am stuck. my ID was rejected. my intl passport is expired though it has all my details. I submitted the National ID card slip issued by the govt. the actual card may not be ready for upwards of 3 years so the slip is used for banking and other official transactions. Payoneer rejected this as well. what do I do now?

    i am facing the account approval problem and its urgent

    i applied for my account on 20 august but It hasn't been approved yet and i am seeing under review comment. its been several business days. I tried to launch request but your bots auto-reply to me that they will see and closed that request.
    i recently lodge another request, but it's still in review. then i email complaint at VPoeartion but all in vain.

    Hey everyone,

    I have two questions regarding my payoneer account:

    1) How long does it takes to get the prepaid card approved? I think in my case it has been more than 5 business days but I haven't heard anything so far.

    2) How long does it takes to get an additional currency account approved? I applied for a CAD one about 6 business days ago but still waiting on it with no response.

    I have been trying to reach out to support but couldn't find the relevant links for it. I'm new to Payoneer and any help in this case will be highly appreciated, thank you!
