Blocked, expired Payoneer card.

:) Hi, can anybody help me, please? I was issued a Payoneer card in 2014 and it expired in 2017. Shortly, I will be working online and I now see my existing, expired card has been blocked. It seems I will need to apply for a new card online, but how do I do this, as the payments will be going to my old blocked, expired card. Please help, thank you! :)

    Hi there!

    Have you received any payments into your account yet? Our team would be able to renew your card, but you would need to have received payments. If you haven't yet, this is fine, you can receive payments to your account through the Global Payment Service. Once you have some type of confirmation that payments are about to come into your account you can have a new card sent.

    Thank you for your prompt response! I have not received any payments yet, but I will be in approximately the next 1 - 2 weeks, US payment. When I do do I let you know here on this forum? If not, could you kindly forward the link so that I may let you know? Thank You Kaz! :)
