Recieving funds from Fiverr.

Hello, I am new here so i greet everyone here.
I am faced with a problem and i really need to find a solution.
I opened up a payoneer account about 2 years ago. I "ordered" a master card from my payoneer account 2 times and i didnot recieve it the first time and not the second time either..

I have some funds pending to be withdrawn from my fiverr account.
Fiver gives me two options "Fiverr revenue card" and "local bank transfer"

When i click fiverr revenue card, a webpage pops up and i have clicked "Already have a payoneer account".


I want the funds from fiverr to go to my USD balance in my payoneer's account, so that i can order a new master card via DHL shipping.

My questions:
Q1) Is it possible to recieve funds from FIVERR to USD balance in payoneer account WITHOUT A MASTER CARD?
Q2)If I select local bank transfer, do the funds go from FIVERR TO LOCAL BANK VIA PAYONEER OR do they first arrive in Payoneer account and i have to manually click "withdraw to local bank"?
Q3) How can i receive funds from fiverr to USD balance in Payoneer account without an active master card?
Q4) Can i request Payoneer support to send me a card via DHL Shipping and deduct the fees later when I receive funds from fiverr? I can send them a screen shot of fiverr earnings.

    To answer,
    1) Yes, it is possible to receive funds from Fiverr into a USD balance without a card. You'd be able to withdraw the funds to your bank, or store them inside your account until you made a decision on what to do with your funds/

    2) If you select local bank transfer, it would send the funds directly to your bank from Fiverr. Payoneer would be handling the actual transfer of funds. If this is the option you want you have to contact our customer support, as they can make sure the Fiverr payments are routed to your bank account.

    3) Once you add a Fiverr account to your existing Payoneer account, this is the default option.

    4) The team would be able to make that accommodation for you, yes.

    I'm trying to withdraw my earning in Fiverr as USD to my payoneer. How do I do it?
