Global Payment Service Questionnaire Approval

Hi, I sent a payment request that got paid, after that I saw I had to submit documents and fill in a questionnaire, which I did. I would like to know how long it will take my money to be released and if there is a way to find out if my documents and other info was enough to get my payment to be released.

    Hi there @philhatt7,

    On the "verified information" page you should see a couple of different statuses - such as approved, and submitted. Submitted means that they were submitted for review from our team, approved means that the documents were acceptable. If you've submitted everything and are waiting, please don't hesitate to start a live chat with our team. They'll be able to get the pending payment approved while you are on chat.
