WHY IS MY LIVE CHAT OPTION NOT CONNECTING

I've been struggling to use the live chat option for quite a long duration. Can any one assist in proffering solution to this problem?

    Hi there @bollyisgood,

    The live chat option does not appear for all accounts - it is based on availability. When you see some payment activity into your account you would eventually be able to connect via live chat.

    In the mean time, we suggest you send a support ticket, or call the support line for support.
