Payoneer asking additional information, Stuck at a Form. No one is helping

I have been using Payoneer for the last 4 years.

Yesterday, I got an email that my account is on hold as they need additional information.

That was strange, but I am happy to give any data to solve my issue.

While filling out a form on which they need additional details on my "Line of Business" I see a text field saying "Do you accept online payments on your website"

The problem is that there is no text field for this question. I cannot add anything in there. It is greyed out. Yet it does not allow me move forward.

I can provide an image of the error if needed.

As far as the support is concerned, I am in the queue at number 25 for the last three years. Support messages are nothing but automated responses by bots.

I am really dissapointed, and hoping to get any help from Payoneer representative here. Otherwise, If someone from the freelancer community could guide me on this, I'd be thankful.

I am a freelancer and I get my funds from Upwork clients.

    I would suggest to submit this information as a support ticket so that our support team can submit your information manually.

    You can also try to complete the form again after clearing your browser's cookies and cache.

    I have done everything from clearing cache to changing browser that doesn't help, and the support team is just copy-pasting these solutions for me even though they don't work.

    My payment is stuck, my account is on hold and I have no clue why all of this is happening after 4 years of my time with Payoneer.

    It could be a technical issue- please send our support team a screen shot of what you are referring to so they can investigate further. You can also send the support team in social media the ticketing number so they can follow up on it.

    Hi,
    I don't have a Passport but I have National Identity Card(NIC). I uploaded the NIC Scan copy but the team didn't accept it. What should I do for Receiving my Client payment?
