Account is blocked

So basically i sold some items on a website, i wanted to cash out, there was an option for directly to the bank account, turns out it is through payoneer, so i made an account. Set up my bank while registering on payoneer. So i cashout on that website, and the money was sent by them. But i did not recieve it on payoneer. After 20mins i was not sure and i add another bank to the payoneer account (the same one that i used when registering). I then realised i already did add a bank. So i tried to delete the second one i created which is the same as the first. It deleted both for no reason. And then the add bank button dissapeard i tried to relog but i got a messege that my account is blocked and i couldnt login. Tried live chat, waited 30mins in queue and suddenly the chat window closed. Ok. I tried live chat again and i got an error saying there was a problem connecting to chat servers, but it works on other payoneer accounts which i tried. Now i can't access my account, can't access live chat. While my money is not on that website i wanted to cash out because it was alread cashed out. Great.

The issue can occur when you try to add the same bank account twice. The system can sometimes indicate something wrong with your account and close it as a precautionary method.
