I Can't Change My Payment Method On Envato

When I try to change my payment method on Envato it says
"looks like you've already submitted your Payoneer application.
To log in to your account please click here.
If you are unable to access your account, please contact our Customer Support department"

When I click to "click here" button it redirects me to Payoneer main page. What should I do?

    Hello @takamoto,

When this happens, it means that the Envato account that you are trying to add is on another Payoneer account. Perhaps you have another account in our system that you have registered with the Envato payee, or perhaps you placed that Envato account on someone else's Payoneer account.

If not, we would have to help track down where the Envato account is. You would absolutely need to contact our customer support for assistance on this.

    Hi @KazPayoneer

    Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I placed my Envato account on my brother's payoneer acount. What sould I do now? I can tell my brother to do the things on his account if we need.

    Hi there,

I would suggest to have your brother contact our customer support, and tell them that they need to remove the Envato account because it belongs to you. They would then be able to remove it from that account so that you can add it to yours.

You would have to call, if there is no response to an e-mail.
