You let me down when I needed your services the most. I received a payment from a client on 27th and since then it's been a painful wait. It is the first time I was using Payoneer and I must admit it's the worst letdown in my life as a freelancer. I opted for your services because it promised to be faster than the alternative (wire transfer). Previously I used PayPal and Transferwise without any problems or delays. The hell-like experience from Payoneer has led to an overdue bank loan which is adversely going to affect my credit score and my future access to loans and similar services. This will be a major blow to my business expansion plans. It's even worse that there's literary no communication whatsoever on the pending funds. The only email s I receive are some disgusting and irritating marketing mails. Please look into that transaction. If you cannot complete it, please let me know so I find alternative transaction methods. I don't think $1331 is such a big amount to warrant over a week for painful wait.
