Auto responses from STUPID anti-fraud algorithm is not good approach.

My believe is that anti-fraud algorithm is STUPID. I received just 2 payments from POPADS company in last three years. I was inactive for last more than year. Now on card expiry, i ordered new card. But right after clicking on "Submit Order" button, STUPID algorithm detected my activity against terms and conditions, and blocked my account. Now on contacting via email, i am getting auto responses, but pretending as human beings. Very bad business approach. I use a PC, shared with almost 10+ family persons (It might be a reason for stupid algorithm).

    We can assure you that if the account was closed, it was closed by a member of our team and not by a "anti-fraud algorithm". All account closures are reviewed manually by a member of our team. In your particular instance, a member of support was replying to your inquiries to inform you of the situation at hand. He was not a bot.
