Our records show that the review was partly completed. The review has to be done by two departments and the first part was completed on Friday. The case has now been transferred to another department. They will complete it in the next few days when they will be back to the office and provide you with an update.

Hi @Aycaosman, we would need to wait for our card approvals team to deactivate your card for you. They are working on the request and will be able to solve the issue as soon as they can.
@enadalmasri, your card has been expired so please contact our customer support to have them order a new one.
