    hey my application has been registered for 9 Days, and not approved yet why and when ?


    i already contact your site and my reference number is 150126-001076 it say 3 bussiness days and nothing i got

    Hi, Please may you look into my issue, I have registered with Payoneer through infolink, after registration I received an email that I have completed step 1 and there are more 3 steps to be completed, approval and delivery.

    And another mail asking me (in order to approve my account) that I need to scan my documents and send using the link provided, and I did so as instructed.
    But ever since I sent the need documents I haven’t receive any message from them neither my account is been approved.

    Please look into my account and see, I don’t know if there is any other thing that I should have done that I didn’t do?

    My account reference number in your system is: 9669599

    Please I would be grateful to have your reply and possible assistance.

    Hi Sivan, my application since January 21st has still not been updated. I did as you said and sent a support ticket on 27th January and still have not received a response.

    Could someone please look into this?
