Didn't rollback money to account after 14 business days.

I made money transfer to Local Bank Account.
I received Confirmation of Transfer on (28/5/2019 10:02 UTC).
Unfortunately, Beneficiary account number was wrong.
I was waited more than 14 business day.
But my money (282.00 USD) didn't roll back to my Payoneer account.
That is my problem right now. Please Help Me.

    Hi there,

    A case like this would have to be investigated and tracked by our bank transfer department. As I know, the team has been made aware of your case and is investigating it. When there's an update there they will let you know.
