Been 11 Days! Where is my withdrawal? Generally it takes 1-4 days

Hi ! I had processed a payment of $800 on 8th June . Despite talking to the live chat support no solution was given to me. They told they are looking into the matter. How will I know you are looking or just ignoring. Main thing in the financial sector is time and essence of punctuality. If you cannot handle transactions and be late, please notify your customers. We will shift our buisness elsewhere. We have bills to pay too, and they won't cater our request of Payoneer sucking at their job.

Is it just with me or everyone here faces it somepoint or other.

My Local Bank is Kotak Mahindra Bank

    Sorry to hear of the situation. I am also sorry that you have interpreted this issue as a matter of Payoneer not doing their jobs. When these types of situations happen, we have to work with our bank and our bank transfer team to determine why the transfer is late and what can be done to recover the transfer. So it is not a situation of Payoneer holding funds - it is a situation of us transferring the funds, it still didn't get to you, and now we have to collaborate inside and outside of the company to get the funds to you. This is what is happening in your situation which is why you haven't gotten an immediate solution over chat.

    I don't care! I need my funds. Its 12 Days Past. Am yet to get the update on what happened to my money and your chat support said I will get solution positively in 24 hours . Its past 36, if you don't value time and punctuality don't do business.

    Sanudatta11...please ..did u later receive your funds. Payoneer team always try to make sure funds get to customers. Your response is important to me and the rest of people facing similar issue.
