Upcoming transaction - from November 2018

I have a transaction in "Upcoming Transactions" that is sitting there from 9th of November 2018. I've been told that transaction has been cleared and that this is a known "visual issue". I have tried contacting support multiple times and each time I've been told that this issue is being worked on. I'm wondering, if this is ever going to be solved, and what else can I do to help fix this? It is really annoying and confusing to have it there. Thanks!
