make a payment issue

hello guys
i have recently on 19 june 2019 make a payment to another payoneer account via entering the email addres but now its 25th june but the payment did not recieved yet although the email address is correct and my money from the sender account also deduct also get an email of ''This message is to confirm that we have received your request to make a payment to **********@gmail.com. After the payment is credited to the recipient’s account, you will receive an email confirmation.'' and also have transaction id
i have sent many mails to customer support but still facing this problem anyone please help me

Hi there, it sounds like the payment is pending on the recipient's end. Please have them check their e-mails for potential missing information.
