Correspondent Bank

My local bank adviced me that, i should include the corresponding bank details when transferring funds from overseas banks. However, Payoneer "add bank" option doesn't have the option to include correspondent bank details. So, every time, when i make a withdrawal, the funds return.

I have contacted several times payoneer customer care to make sure to include my correspondent bank details. They said it can be done. So, far i have only one successful withdrawal attempt. My recent withdrawal also was returned.

I would like to find a way to make sure every time when i request for withdrawal, the correspondent bank details are also included so that, the funds won't return?

Any advice to avoid the funds returning?

    Thank you. I have initiated another withdrawal hope the technical issue will be avoided.

    Hello, it happens the same to me, I can't add the Correspondent Bank and the transfer is sent back, i tried 4 times already, also I tried with customer service, any news or instructions How to make a payment trought correspondent Bank ?
