I made money transfer to Local Bank Account.
I received Confirmation of Transfer on (28/5/2019 10:02 UTC).
Unfortunately, Beneficiary account number was wrong.
So, I waited more than 14 business day to roll back my money.
But my money didn't roll back to my Payoneer account.
I have being provided all needed information to Payoneer.

And I've been waiting from 28 May to 28 June 2019 (Today).
And They said today -(28 June 2019)
"We have now initiated a trace/recall on your funds.
Please be advised that this can take up to three weeks.
Results are not guaranteed."
Payoneer Take too much waiting time again.(Nearly One Month waiting time)

Can I lost Money?
What should I do to get back money in a few days?

    Hi,

I used the US bank account details provided by Payoneer on my Kindle Direct Publishing account so I could get paid by them. Amazon initiated the $0 transaction on June 13, and my guess is that they're checking if the bank details I've left on KDP are valid. However, that transaction is still pending. My Payoneer card has expired last year, and my balance is $0.

Payoneer says I have to start receiving money to be able to order a new card, but in order to receive money from Kindle Direct Publishing (Amazon), it seems I need a valid card because when I click on the blocked card I see that pending transaction is linked to it. Or is there any other reason why that transaction is still pending, and will I be able to receive money from Amazon with the expired card on my account?

    Thank you!

    Hi there, @AungPhyoMaw

    Sorry that this happened.

Please note that if the bank details are incorrect it usually results in a rejection of funds by your bank, based on the fact that the account number and name wouldn't match. This does not always happen though, as sometimes they would accept the account details regardless of name, thus putting the funds into someone else's account. This is why we absolutely insist that when entering bank details you do it carefully and precisely because entering wrong details will cause delays.

In most cases, as stated, it can result in rejection of funds. It takes upwards of 14 business days to receive the rejection into our system. The issue is that we have to wait for this to happen. In the mean time we are getting an accurate trace of where your funds are. The trace will give us a good idea of how we can proceed and where the funds currently are.

Sorry for the uncertainty in this situation.
