Link Fiverr Account as Funding Source

Hi,
I want to add Fiverr as Funding Source to my Payoneer account. I go through the whole process from Fiverr.
When I clicked on Get Started Button it shows this windows "It looks you have already submitted your Payoneer application. Contact Customer Support. But indeed I did not apply for that. I contacted Fiverr Customer Support they suggest me to contact Payoneer Customer Support because only they can resolved it. I contacted many times to Payoneer Customer Support but they always sent auto reply which was merely about the method of link funding source. How can I tell them that I know the method? I have been struggling for this from 1 month but all in vein.
It is to informed you that I have previously attached that Fiverr account to another Payoneer account and removed later on as funding source with the help of customer support due to some issue. Now I want to Add that account to my new Payoneer account. Kindly help.

    Hi there,

    It seems the issue is indeed because the Fiverr account is attached to your old Payoneer account.

    As we are not able to disconnect it, I strongly recommend to login to your old account to use the Fiverr account that is there.

    But I have removed the Fiverr Account from old Payoneer account. I have mentioned already.

    Hi,

    The account hasn't been removed from the old Payoneer account because you are getting the message "It looks you have already submitted your Payoneer application", which is a message that appears when it is on another account. This means that our team didn't disconnect it from that Payoneer account - they merely 'deactivated' the Fiverr account which just idles that funding source until you reactivate it. It doesn't allow you to add it on another account because it hasn't been removed.

    What you would need to do is to have them reactivate the Fiverr account on that account and then use that old Payoneer account to get the payments from Fiverr.
