Absolutely nothing works, unresponsive support

I've had an account for a week now and it feels like nothing in Payoneer works.

When creating my account, the system did not accept my name which contains a hyphen (‐). I contacted support (sent a picture of my drivers license) and they still haven't fixed it after a week.

In addition to that:
- Converting USD to EUR results "At this time, we don’t support transferring to a balance whose currency is the same as your local currency"
- Converting USD to GBP results "Something went wrong. Try again."
- Trying to withdraw to a bank results "You must activate your card in order to perform this operation.". Why the heck does my card need to be activated in order to withdraw money to a bank? It'll be weeks before it even arrives.

    Hi there,

    If you're getting an error message trying to access funds on a card that hasn't been activated yet, this means that the type of account you have is a card account. This is important to note because you won't be able to access the funds without having the card activated because the funds exist solely on the card, and not on a currency balance. Without an active card you won't be able to withdraw or to access these funds.
