Why my account is still in review for a long time ?

I've been waiting for my account approval for several days. I try to get in touch by email and send only an automatic reply. I tried the chat and I could not either. I hope you get the service here.

    Nao consigo sacar meu dinheiro , no cadastro da conta corrente, apenas diz que esta pendente.... visto que ja foi verificada mas nao libera para fazer a transacao de recebimento. isso jã faz quase 01 UM ANO

    My account is also in review for many days, they asked me for documents and I submitted on Aug 29-2019. Please solve this problem ASAP!

    I submitted my passport and answered the questionnaire on 3rd sept,2019. But i didn't receive any emails regarding it. Its been many days after the application. I also withdrew my amount today which is also pending. please see the matter as i submitted all the right documents.

    @drk20258 Our team periodically manually reviews payments and accounts for verification purposes. If anything else will be needed, you will be informed directly by them. The withdrawal request was already approved.
